In reply to your letter of the 18th. February
I beg to inform you that I have nothing to add to my letter of the 12th. February with reference to amendment of your clients' claims.
I should be glad to receive such clains in detail, as indicated in the letter last referred to, as soon as possible.
I find that I was misinformed with regard to the raising of the level of that portion of Reclamation Street upon which buildings 126, 128 and 130 front: this portion of the street has still to be raised to the levels which were fixed in 1907, but such raising is quite independent of the Reclamation authorised by Ordinance No. 39 of 1909.
I am etc.,
(Sd.) F. H. May,
Colonial Secretary.
BCIALI (28)
Messrs. Wilkinson and Grist.
